Unidentified Public Offering $UPO Solana How it works

How it works Jar, stages, snapshot, claim

{// four steps, and three exits

(!) Not affiliated with Anthropic, PBC. The jar buys a tokenized share on the open market when a third party issues one. No share of the offering is sold here and no return is promised.

  1. 01 Fees inCreator fees of $UPO land on the launch wallet. They are forwarded to the keeper, which treats everything above its 0.05 SOL network float as an arrival.
  2. 02 The jarEvery arrival splits three ways. 85% is swapped to USDC through Jupiter and sits in the jar. 10% buys and burns $UPO once a day at 18:00 UTC. 5% pays the server and the RPC.
  3. 03 The purchaseWhen a tokenized share of the company exists on Solana and Jupiter routes USDC into it, the keeper spends the whole jar on it, in slices of at most 2% price impact each, over up to a day.
  4. 04 The claimTwo snapshots decide the shares: one at the purchase and one 24 hours earlier. Your weight is the smaller of the two. Claim is open for 90 days.

JAR.TXT

The jar is a plain USDC balance on the keeper's own account. It is not a vault, there is no contract of ours anywhere in this project, and every move it makes is an ordinary Solana transaction you can read on an explorer.

Where the money comes from

Only from the creator fees of $UPO itself. They accrue to the launch wallet, which forwards SOL to the keeper by hand. The keeper counts whatever is above its 0.05 SOL float as a new arrival and splits it at once.

The split

  • 85% to the jar, swapped to USDC the moment it arrives, with a memo UPO jar +<amount> on the transaction.
  • 10% held in SOL and spent once a day at 18:00 UTC buying $UPO, which is then burned with the token program's own burn instruction. The burn signature is on the rounds page.
  • 5% to a separate wallet that pays for the server and the RPC.

STAGES.TXT

The stage on the front page is not an opinion. It is read from the company's own filings at sec.gov, every 30 minutes, from the submissions feed of CIK 0002130357.

The six milestones

  • Draft filed, form DRS: a confidential draft, which is where this one started in June 2026.
  • S-1 filed: the registration statement becomes public.
  • S-1 amended, form S-1/A: the SEC asked and the company answered.
  • Declared effective, form EFFECT: the registration is cleared.
  • Price set, form 424B4: the final prospectus carries the offer price and the listing. Both are parsed from the document itself.
  • First trade: not an SEC form, so it comes from public quotes.

The order of the last three is not fixed. Reddit and Instacart were both declared effective the day before their priced prospectus landed, so the site treats the six as milestones, each with its own date, rather than one moving cursor.

PURCHASE.TXT

The jar buys only when two things are true at once: a tokenized share of the company exists on Solana, issued by a third party such as a regulated tokenization venue, and Jupiter can route USDC into it at a price the keeper can take.

How it buys

In slices. Each slice is sized from a live quote so its own price impact stays under 2%, and the slices are spread over up to 24 hours. Every slice is a transaction on the rounds page.

When it pays USDC instead

  • The registration is withdrawn, form RW in EDGAR.
  • No share token exists 30 days after the first trading day.
  • The issuer does not allow the token to be transferred to any wallet, which is checked before the round opens, because a share that cannot be sent cannot be claimed.

In all three cases the round still runs: the jar is shared out in USDC on exactly the same snapshot and the same claim rules.

SNAPSHOT.TXT

Two snapshots, not one. The first is taken 24 hours before the purchase, the second at the purchase. Your weight is the smaller of the two balances.

What that means for you

  • Buying $UPO in the last hour before a purchase earns nothing in that round.
  • Selling right after the early snapshot earns nothing either.
  • Holding through both earns the full weight.

What is left out

The bonding curve or pool account, the keeper's own account and the burn address. The exact list the round used is published with the round, next to the hash of the allocation table, so the payout can be checked line by line after the fact.

A share worth less than $0.50 is not paid: it would cost more in rent and fees than it is worth, so it goes to the buyback instead.

CLAIM.TXT

Claim is open for 90 days from the purchase. There is no push airdrop: sending a token to several hundred wallets would spend about 0.002 SOL of rent for each new account, out of the jar, so each holder opens their own account instead.

What you sign

One transaction with three instructions: create your token account if it does not exist, move your share from the keeper's account to it, and write a memo with the round and the amount. The keeper signs the transfer, you sign the transaction and pay the fee and your own account's rent.

After 90 days

Whatever is unclaimed buys $UPO and is burned, in the same way the daily 10% does. The round then closes and the figures stay on the rounds page.

RISK.TXT

>>..//read this part twice...
  • The offering can take months. The jar fills and the site shows the stage. That is the product; there is no deadline on it.
  • A third party issues the share token, not us and not the company. An issuer can suspend transfers, freeze an account or burn a token. If transfers are restricted the round pays USDC, but a token already in your wallet is subject to whatever its issuer decides.
  • The share token may never exist. After 30 days from the first trading day the round pays USDC.
  • The registration can be withdrawn. Form RW in EDGAR, and the round pays USDC.
  • This is not a share of the offering. $UPO is a memecoin. The jar buys on the open market like anyone else, after the shares are already trading, and nothing here is an interest in the company, a security or a promise of a return.
  • No affiliation. The company is named as a fact, because the filings are public record. Nothing here is endorsed by it.
